PROBLEM
ANALYSIS
Each
year, many individuals create enterprises, but most hardly go through
the first year of their creation, notably, because of the lack of
adequate follow -up. This is also because these projects are put
into place without an in depth reflection permitting the promoters
to sufficiently measure their managerial capacities. In addition,
support structures and projects for development which enhances entrepreneurship
have often thought of all, except to endow their human resources
with the competence and capacity necessary to better accompany the
creators of enterprises.

to proceed with method for the success of one's enterprise and related

GLOBAL
OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING

Reinforce the entrepreneurial capacities of potential and existing
promoters and those in charge of accompaniment ;

Instil participants with the know-how to carry out studies for the
creation of an enterprise and viable projects to be presented to
financial institutions which grant loans ;

Promote the creation of viable and competitive enterprises ;

Permit participants to reflect on their objectives, personal and
entrepreneurial competence as well as the integration of their enterprise
in a global economic and social context.
TARGET PUBLIC
Promoters
of micro and small enterprises, Graduates who wish to create their
enterprises, those who have projects and wish to finalise them,
heads of projects for development, Top management of support projects
and consultants who accompany potential and existing promoters in
the creation and management of small and micro enterprises.

METHODOLOGY
The
trainers are Expert Consultants in finance and Marketing with a
long experience in counselling and accompaniment of micro and small
African enterprises. They are all trained in CETE << Creation
of Enterprise, Training of Entrepreneurs).
CETE
is a pedagogic approach based on techniques of learning through
experience. This method has the advantage, in that, it puts the
learner at the centre of action and creates a working climate which
allows everyone to express himself at maximum, and involving everybody
by learning from other participants. These are :

Structured pedagogic exercises : Play of roles and simulation exercises.

Group dynamism : An intense team work is the main means of communication
during learning.

Debates : Two or many contrary views are presented and defended
by different groups of participants.

Fieldwork if necessary.

Brainstorming.
-
Systemisation at plenary.
LODGING
AND FEEDING MODALITIES
Launch
and 2 coffee breaks are daily provided. At the request of participants,
AGESFO may reserve rooms in hotels adjacent the place of the seminar.
The costs per night is in the range
7 000 F CFA and 18 000 F CFA.

Training
cost : 500 000 F CFA HT
Feeding : 84 000 F CFA
TRAVELLING
BY PARTICIPANTS
All
travelling costs to and from the training centre are catered for
by the participant.
PAYMENT
MODALITIES
The
training and feeding costs are payable by bank transfer to the order
of AGESFO upon reception of the confirmation of the candidate's
registration or by cash at the beginning of the course.

Upon

with your confirmation letter of registration :

- Indications on what shall be done.
At the end of the training, each participant will receive an end
of course attestation.
