Change
management is a major challenge to leaders, who are called upon
to put into place new methods of Human Resources management. Are
they conscious in this context of globalisation ?
At
the last seminar in August 2002 in Kribi - Cameroon on Human Resources
Management, participants (from Cameroon, Chad, Gabon, Niger and
the Democratic Republic of Congo) confirmed the observations of
the experts in organisation Development of AGESFO Consultancy on
the main problems in Human Resources Management and the functioning
of teams (groups), notably;
-
The absence of a common vision among members of the team ;
- The ignorance of the organisation by the principal heads ;
- The difficulty of the organisation to adapt to change or to put
into place a procedure for change ;
- A type of Leadership that does not always facilitate productivity
;
- The absence of clearly defined roles and responsibilities among
members of the team ;
- The centralisation of powers having as a consequence the poor
utilisation of Human Resources ;
