PROBLEMATIC
Technology
in terms of didactic materials for training and animation has greater
evolved during the last decade. It is not long that Retro Projectors,
Image boxes and other forms of Slide Projectors were used to ease
understanding of presentations.
Today,
Video projectors are more and more looked upon in animating seminars.
This new technology which is widely developing in our environment
has spur us to a number of questions :

GLOBAL
OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING

Acquaint participants in the use of PowerPoint software in combination
with Video projector ;
· Assist participants simplify the organisation of their
presentations and training sessions ;
· Assist participants improve the quality of animating their
presentations during meetings, conferences, training seminars in
order to instigate the active participation of audience.

PREREQUISITE
To
profit at most from these different sessions, the postulant should
initially be initiated to the Computer.
Elementary knowledge in WORDS and EXCEL shall be a major push forward

METHODOLOGY
Our
methodology centres on the transfer of knowledge through theoretical
presentations and practical work on the different equipped working
places.
Each
participant shall work at an equipped spot and shall manipulate
a Video projector to project a slide created from practical cases
prepared for training purposes.
TRAINERS
The
trainers are made up of :

A Consultant in Marketing Management specialist in Computer Sciences
;
- A senior Consultant specialist in Human Resources Management and
in Organisation of Enterprises ;
- A senior Consultant specialist in Organisation Development and
Diagnosis of enterprises.
All
trainers have a long and rich experience in the organisation and
animation of seminars.
TRAINING
COST AND PAYMENT MODALITIES
Training
Cost : 300 000 F CFA per participant
Elements of Costs :
· Coffee break ;
· Support documents ;
· An end of course attestation.
These
costs are payable by bank transfer to the order of AGESFO or by
Cash at the beginning of the course.
N.B
: These costs do not include : Travelling expenses, medical expenses,
accident and health insurance, out-station allowance which are catered
for by the participants.
