The General Administration is assured by Mr. Clotaire KOUOMO, Expert in Finance, Consultant in Organisation Development and Management.

Mr. KOUOMO is also one of the founding fathers of IFORDOM (Institut de Formation en Développement Organisationnel et en Management) and Member of the Worlds Network of consultants in Organisation Development.

Our interest in Non-Governmental organisations ( NGOs ), Projects for Development, Peasant Organisations, Co-operatives, and small and medium size enterprises has enable us to put into place Counselling and Assistance Services specific to their needs.
