SOME EXPERIENCES

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL AUDIT / COUNSELLING AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING AND STUDIES

- Since 1994, more than 100 missions have been carried out on accounting and financial audit, training and instituting management systems and procedures (including computerisation of accounts) at the request of more than 30 NGOs and International funding Organisations and/or development for their partners in Africa (Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central Africa Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Niger etc …)

- Animated a training session in accounting and financial management for 14 Chadian NGOs at the request of the Federation of Chadian NGOs, and 2 training Sessions for almost twenty Central African NGOs at the request of a Group of Central African NGOs.

- Animated at the request of MISEREOR Aachen Germany :

. 2 training Sessions in Cameroon

· One for Coordinators of projects funded by MISEREOR, and
· The other for Chartered Accountants auditing these projects.
THEME : Financial Directives of MISEREOR/KZE (1997)

. A training Session in Chad for BELACD, SECADEV, and Chartered Accountants auditing these projects. THEME: The Management and Financial administration of Master Plans

- In October 2000, Mission to London - England in PARTNERS AND SIMS Fiduciary: Seminar preparations for the Reinforcement of the Capacity of Chartered Accountants auditing projects funded by: BREAD FOR THE WORLD in Francophone West Africa (Organiser and Co-animator of the Seminar) in KRIBI CAMEROON. NOVEMBER 2000.

- Animated for " Bureau d'Appui Santé environnement " BASE Ndjamena chad, the training of trainers coordinating the two divisional health centres of Moyen Chari and Chari Banguirmi (1998)

- 2 missions to follow - up these trainers of BASE : 1 training session with 2 health centers at Bokoro, and 1 training Session with 3 health centres at Koumogo/Chad (1999)

- Carried out a commercial feasibility study for a training centre for Peasants, NGOs, and other partners at Moundou Chad at the request of ASSAILD Moundou (1997)

- Animated 2 training sessions on the feasibility Study of Micro - Projects at the request of APICA West Central Africa Antenna ( 1995 and 1996 )

- Animated during Two weeks in Yaounde Cameroon a training Session in accounting and financial management for Coordinators managers and Directors of NGOs, and Projects for Development in Africa ; organised by AGESFO ( 21 Participants from Cameroon, Chad, and the Democratic Republic of Congo) AUGUST 2000.

- Animated same Seminar in Yaounde Cameroon in AUGUST 2001 ( 31 participants from Benin, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad and Niger ).

- At the request of MAX HAVELAAR FOUNDATION Swiss : Financial Evaluation of Cocoa marketing Operations for Agricultural Producers' Union of S'AA ( UPAS Cameroon ) ( 1996 )

- Mission at Head-quarters of Swiss Tropical Institute (ITS ) Bale : Participate at Reflecting on the New Systems of Managing their projects in Africa (1997)

- Animated Several workshops aimed at instituting cooperative credit Union Systems in many organisations in Africa.

ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT/HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT/ EVALUATION ( From 1994 till date )

- Animated workshops on organisational diagnosis and reflections on changing trends in more the 15 organisations in Africa ( Companionship in process in some).

- Several Companionship and training missions of about 20 Peasant Federation in Chad and Cameroon ( between 1994 and 2000 )

- Animated workshop on the search for Recognition ( Review of the past, Study of trends and actual challenges of the environment, New vision ) and support at the elaboration of action plans in about 10 organisations in Africa ( participants at each workshop : Personnel, Beneficiaries, NGOs, State, …)

- Evaluation of more than 10 projects for development in Africa.

- Animated seminar on Human Resources management on the base of Change ( with organisational development approach) for all Central Directors and Heads of Units of AD LUCEM Medical Foundation in Cameroon at LIMBE; SEPTEMBER 2000

- Animated Same seminar Twice for all managers of Evangelical Church of Cameroon ( EEC ) ( All Synodal regions ) : Presidents, Treasurer, Secretaries, Church executives (EEC diagnosis carried out) DECEMBER 2000 and APRIL 2001.
